When will my order ship?
Since each item is made-to-order and assembled in-house by our team, you can expect your order to be processed and shipped in as little as 1-3 business days for expedited shipping and 3-5 business days for free standard shipping. When your order ships we will send you a tracking number and you can also request your tracking number via the "Order Status" page. All orders are shipped FedEx in the US and USPS or UPS worldwide. We offer FREE Domestic US Shipping.

Returns Within 100 Days!
"Worry-Free" Returns & Exchange Policy. If you don't love your artwork you may return it within 100 calendar days of your purchase.
Making a return or exchange is easy! We pride ourselves in having the best "Worry-Free" return & exchange policy in our industry.
No other company stands behind their artwork like we do. How can we do this? Give our art a try and you'll see for yourself.
We accept returns and will issue a refund or replacement within 100 days of purchase or 90 days of the delivery (whichever is later).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted products at your own expense.

The quality of your art will look the same the day you hung your art as it will 50 years from now. If not, we replace it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
