SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Since each item is made-to-order and assembled in-house by our team, you can expect your order to be processed and hand-assembled in as little as 1-2 business days depending on which shipping option you select. When your order ships we will send you a tracking number and you can also request your tracking number via the "Order Status" page

Tracking: 

  • We update tracking information as soon as the label for the order is printed. 
  • Tracking can be checked through our "Order Status" page
  • We send a tracking confirmation email for your convenience as soon as the tracking has been updated. 

Lost Package? 

  • If your product hasn’t arrived within the estimated time please contact us through our contact page so we can help resolve the matter!
  • If your product shows that it has been delivered, but you haven’t received your package, please contact us through our contact page immediately! We will help out in every way that we can. 

CUSTOM CANVAS SETS:

Processing: 

  • All Custom Canvas Sales are final sales. Meaning that we do not accept returns/refunds for them unless there are defects from our end.
  • On average processing and assembly takes 3-7 days for custom orders. These products are handmade to order and are high quality and thus take time to produce.
  • Delays may occur based on orders being placed on holidays or weekends. 
  • Packages will arrive within the estimated time stated above after it has been processed.  
  • If there are any shipping or processing delays on your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
